The UK Intellectual Property Enterprise Court granted victory to the small Australian activewear brand LNDR against Nike’s use of LDNR in its “Nothing Beats a Londoner” ad campaign. Nike’s campaign was promoted on Google advertisements and social media, as well as in stores and live events.
